This policy explains how Pavero Group collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We only collect what we need, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to keep the site secure and running.
- No cookies or tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry and to take the steps needed to explore or set up a working relationship. Our legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — such as our hosting and email providers — and only so they can deliver those services on our behalf. Where possible, data is kept within the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
We keep the messages you send us for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which we delete them. Technical logs are kept only for a short period for security and operational purposes.
Your rights
